Triple-face single fibre reinforced concrete spacers (single FRC spacers) are the most commonly used spacers to ensure the prescribed thickness of the protective layer of concrete between the reinforcement armature and the shuttering. With every type of our single FRC spacer we can guarantee three different thicknesses of protective layer, depending on the placement\/binding of the spacer on the metal armature. Protective layer thicknesses that the spacers can guarantee are written below (by every product).<\/p>\n

Our technology in production of single FRC spacers enables us to manufacture quality products with precise and always accurate dimensions. Constancy and high load capacity of our FRC spacers enable and ensure the planned position of the metal armature in reinforced concrete construction. Single FRC spacers are indispensable when dealing with huge loads.<\/p>\n

The spacer with the mark DP-5 is one faced and specially developed for installation in tunnels (for building inner tunnel arches), because, with its special oval shape and two additional holes, it allows for reliable attachment to the metal armature and prevents the spacer from being tipped over during the sliding of the shuttering.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
